Oak Cliff's own Kessler Pie Co. has opened a pop-up store in Victory Park. The bakery will be open at 2404 Victory Park Lane through September. Hours are 10 am to 8 pm Wednesday-Sunday and yes, their pie-in-a-jar is on the menu.
