1. What incentives are available?

2. What is the incentive process?

Each incentive package is considered on a case-by-case basis. A prospective company is required to complete an application for the City’s Public/Private Partnership Program. Proposed incentive packages require approval by the City Council. Typically, after an incentive package is proposed by City staff and accepted by a company, the process takes approximately 6-8 weeks to reach the City Council for consideration.

3. Where can I find information on available sites/properties?

Fill out the necessary information on the Site Search Request Form. Once the form is submitted, a staff member in the Office of Economic Development will be in touch with a list of available sites/properties that meet your search criteria. Site Search Request Form
