Klyde Warren Park / Dallas Arts District Public Improvement District (KWP/DADPID) was established in 2014 and renewed in 2021. General nature of services and improvements provided by KWP/DADPID are provided to the Klyde Warren Park and Dallas Arts District facilities; services include enhanced security, beautification, programming, cultural enhancements, custodial and landscape maintenance, capital improvements, and other services and activities approved by the Dallas City Council.
The current PID term runs until December 31, 2021. City Council approved the renewal of the KWP/DADPID on May 26, 2021. The renewed PID term is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2031. The annual budget and assessment rate is subject to a public hearing and City Council approval.
