Dallas Cultural Plan

Created in 2018 by a taskforce including artists, leaders in arts organizations, business, philanthropy and the City of Dallas, the Dallas Cultural Plan was designed to strengthen City support for arts and culture, and appreciation of the City’s diversity, by emphasizing Dallas’s focus on six critical priorities: equity, diversity, space, and support for artists, a sustainable arts ecosystem, and communication.
